This is my diet. My goal are to cut over a long time period and maintain the most of my muscle mass. I am planning to eat like this as long as I need to reach my goal. I am 5.11", 200lbs at around 15% bodyfat looking to get down to 7-8% at least. Training 4 days a week and cardio 2 times a week.
Meal 1: 1 scoop whey(25g. protein)+ 1 and a half banana
20 minutes later: 6 egg whites+2yolks+cheese
Meal 2: Red meat(60g. pro)+vegetable+1 pita wheat bread
Training
Post-workout drink 3 scoop of whey+ 50g. carbs from fruit juice
Meal 4: 2 scoop whey+ 2 tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 5: chicken breast+vegetables
Meal 6: 2 scoop whey+ 2 tablespoon flax oil(plus sometime some natural peanut butter)
It gives 130 g. of carbs(with fruit) per day and around 350g. of protein,moderate fat...On non-training days I take 110g. of carbs with same for pro and fats..
