PlayStation 2 fans: Have you played Metal Gear Solid 2?

...If you have played this game what was your opinion of it?
----- Better than Metal Gear I?
---- Are you able to play as solid snake? Or do you have to play other characters?

Haven't played it, but I've heard that you start off as snake and then change to another character.

i chose to get nfl2k2 over it... iffy decision cuz i am not pleased with it... however, i will also get 007 before metal gear as well due to the fact that the old bond on n64 was awesome.

We have Metal Gear Solid 2, but I couldn't tell you if it's better than 1 cause I never played 1. IGN has it as one of their top rated games though.

My best friend said it's everything he expected it to be and more. He pretty much devoted a couple days to play over the Thanksgiving holiday it that tells ya anything

I love the game. It's better than the first one in my opinon. But if you're hung up on playing as Snake the whole game you'll be disappointed. The graphics and level or reality are amazing. I'd definetly spend the money on it...
