What are the benefits of the Platinum Membership besides the search function and being able to view pics in threads.

I am thinking of going Platinum, but I'd really like to see what it's like first.

The search function and being able to turn off the ads were what pushed me over the edge. Being able to see pictures is nice but not enough to prise the price of admission from me.
