planning next cycle

hey bros getting gear together for the next cycle,i already have 4000mg of egyptian sus,was considering winny vs anavar,at the end.i have used winny in the past with test,kept the h20 gain down,but joints were killin me near the end,i think it kept me from going heavier than i would have if i wouldn't have been hurting as much,would the anavar give me any better resultsthan the winny,or any other suggestion,this my 2nd cycle.thanks

take creatine with anavar.anavar at 40-60mgs at the last 6-9 weeks of the cycle...sus for 8-10 weeks is fine...at 750mgs..and clomid after the cycle

2nd cycle: I think you should use anavar at 30mg ED. How much do you weigh, how old are you, and what was your first cycle?

thanks for the input bros,my first cycle was test cyp 250mg wk and winny 50mg tabs ed for 8wks,i went from 6'3". 220lbs to 248 w/ little to none in h2o gain and i ate everything in site,strength went way up,having to wear xxl shirts and my waist dropped almost 4in,it went well w/ very little sides,just back acne and some joint pain in the last 2 wks,i/m taking 6 wks off before starting w/ the sus and what ever,i still have plenty of the winny on hand,but was considering the anavar,i started lo dose on the first just to see how i would respond,plus i didn't want all the quetions about what are you on to get so big,i still get that now,so i was considering just 500mg/wk of sus on this next one,what to you guys think,well thanks again,S.R.

I don't think you are going to get away with using 500mg of sust. People will definetely notice the size increase. I think you should wait longer between cycles, at least "time on" your last cycle, so 8 weeks.

At 248lbs, 40mg of anavar ED would be a good cycle that will really improve your body, but not put too much notacible weight on you.
