Planning first cycle in 10 yrs. HELP!!!

What's up y'all. I'm just under 20% BF @ about 240lbs and 6'2". Been training for 15 yrs and am looking for a little boost. I've done a test cycle, and some harsh oral cycles in the past.

What I'm looking to do, is gain some lean muscle, lose some fat and end up @ my same weight and 15% BF. Whatever happens can't be too noticable right away since my wife would kill me (this wasn't a factor 10 yrs ago!). I already have some gyno and am prone, so I'll need to be careful there. I'm also starting to lose some hair, so I'll have to be careful there too. ...and don't forget I'd like to keep my blood profiles healthy too. I don't want to break the bank either, but I can afford up to $500, but would prefer to spend much less. One other VERY important thing is that this cycle ABSOLUTELY CANNOT affect my ability to control my anger at all. In my job, it is very important that I not be a moron at any time. ...sounds stupid, but true.

Anyone help a brother out?

I was thinking of a 10 week cycle with enanth @ 200/wk (maybe starting off with a hit of a faster acting test till it kicks in) stacked with something like primo or winny @ 50/wk? Liquidex eod? What else would I need for gyno, hairloss, and otherwise healthy body? Do you have some different opinions on what I should use?

Skip the advice on diet and all that, I've got that down. I'm just out of the loop on what good cycles and supplements are.

...no, it means I know what I need to do about diet. I've been 275 @ 20% BF, and got down to 250 @ 12%. ...so I know what's up.

...and what could possibly be a joke about my post? Your response seems like more of a joke to me. I need help, and instead of passing on the thread, you just let me know you think it's funny. Thanks.

I'm trying to lean out a bit and put some mass on. Nothing crazy, just nice sustainable gains.

You guys got anything to offer up?

Shooting straight from the hip and not lecturing on "reading and learning" I feel 200mg /week of test is useless unless you just want to keep you T levels up.

Lean mass gain while loosing weight... I'd go w/EQ 400mg/10 weeks and winstrol 50 EOD for the trailing 6 weeks. Low sides (for most) and should give you a good edge.
