and I can officially confirm that I will never use these idiots again. Cust. service is a joke, shipping and wait times are a joke, the whole process is a joke. I'm sure I'll be flamed for this and quite frankly I don't care. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, hands down. I'll be switching providers for sure. Don't waste your money with them.
