piss test question!!!!!!

i would like to know how long after you take a piss test do they have to test it? is there a maximum time they can hold it before it gets tested or is it good forever. also does anyone know how long a piss test takes to get results if sent to UCLA? thats where mine was sent. it was sent to them friday and i was wondering how long it should be before i get the results? thanks and this is serious so please help is appreciated.

If it's refrigerated it will last very long.
Test results should take 1-2 weeks.

the reason i ask how long it takes for the piss test to come back is because they told me it was tested for drugs and came back negative. then they said they sent it out to UCLA for further testing because they suspected roids. they sent it out on friday of last week and yesterday they told me they had the resulsts and it was bad, BUT, they still have not charged me with anything. this is for my job by the way. i figured they tried to tell me it was bad so i would admit to using roids but i stuck to my guns and told them i NEVER did anything so they tried to question me to death but i passed. you dont think that even if they sent it friday overnight that they would get the results back this fast? it took a week for the drug test to come back and that was done localy. i dont know i still think they were pulling my chain and trying to get me to admit to it. what do you guys think?

Just curious............WHY are you being tested? NCAA? Probation/parole? Probation/parole doesnt test for gear becuae of the expense.

it is for my job. they are real stricked with drug use. they do not normaly check for roids but they suspect it so they are checking for it. it is a long and drawn out situation and so far i am in the clear. they are getting desparate.

The co. will get results back in 1 - 2 days if it is negative......if there is a positive the MRO (medical review officer) has to call u first before he posts results with the co. They will run a screen....if it pops up positive they run a mass spec to confirm.....this will take an additional 1-4 days. U will get a call 5- 6 days out if it is positive. U have a couple of days to respond to the MRO....if u don't he will post the positive result.

I administer the drug/alcohol free work place program at my job....so I know a little about it.

so basically your saying that it is not likely if the sample was sent out friday that tuesday or actually monday, they would have any results back right? i figured that was way to fast. specialy if the sample was sent from one coast to another. that takes some time in itself. and i doubt the lab that tested it for drugs the first time sent it out right away. everything is slow in the business i am in. i appreciate your input. if anyone else has anything to add i am all ears.

Call the lab and ask! U can do this. I or my workers do it all the time.
