I'm doing site injections and I have a few concerns, if you were to hit a vein, what would happen. secondly, if you draw back and no blood appears, does that mean your clear.

Well, if you hit a vein, just pull out and inject somewhere else. If you inject into a vein, it will probably hit you pretty hard and pretty fast, like less than a minute. After that, your heart will probably race, etc., until the gear is gone. Which shouldn't really take that long. I honestly don't know how life threatening this is, but I highly doubt there is a risk of permanent damage from doing it once.

Yes, if you aspirate and no blood comes out, you should be fine.
