25G 1" in the quads with sust here. i assume glute shots for you with the 23G.

I use 23G 1" for everything. 25G takes way to friggen long to inject so I would rather not use it!!

i use 1.5" 21 gauge in the glutes.

it doesn't take THAT long.

hurts less going in though, so i watch videos during the extra time it takes to get the gear out of the syringe.

i use 25 gauge for delts, quads and triceps.
23 gauge for glutes.

23 are my fav anything bigger can lead to scar tissue, so remeber that the bigger the number 25 gauge is smaller....18 being a huge needle
