Pimple Emergency

hey guys..i got the stuff from no-acne.com and it is getting rid of my old marks and making my face feel great but i have a HUGE pimple that is on my chin. as of now it is a huge red bump and i feel like when it surfaces it is going to be huge. i have been putting a hot wash clothe on it and trying to get it to come to the top becuase once this is gone all of my other ones will be too....what can i do to get rid of this, anyone ever have a huge one like this before and what did you do??

This may sound retarded but

I just mentally willed it to go away and did my best not to touch it. Thinking of it leaving tends to work for me. I get those from time to time.
