Pilonidal Abcess/Cyst...anyone had it or know anything about it?

I know this is more suited to the medical boards, so i posted there too (http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=528147) but does anyone know anything about these, and if they could possibly be caused by a glute injection? thanks
