Pill Vs. liquid are they really the same? swallowing

winny is pill and liquid both equals when taking orally?
one is really not harsher than the other? which oen is more effective on the muscles?

They are equal because the liquid version still has the c-17 alpha alkylated structure which makes it more resistant to being broken down by the liver when ingested.
