I can understand the nipple thing. To each his own, ya know. But the PA? What the fuck were you thinking?
I mean, aren't there going to be major complications with that thing even after it's healed? How the hell are you going to have sex? After it is healed it will be fine. There is a greater chance that it will break the condom, but you can remove it when you have sex. It actually can greatly increase the pleasure for both you and your partner.
