I got obsessed with benching 300...didnt watch my diet like i should have....got up to 194...I decided to drop some weight, and look better, but compete in a lower weight class...well, in the pics im 174 (5'11") look and feel much better, and believe it or not, just as strong...
I feel really good about myself again, and used posting these pics as my award! So i would like to thank those of you that looked at the pics in an artistic eye, or an athletic eye, or even a fit body admirer. I in no way posted them as an "guy" attention getter, or any other innapropriate way...just to pat myself on my back, and hear some praise from you all...thanks again, you helped me feel better!
