I'm a new Platinum Member, yeah! Anyway, here are some pics from my show a couple of weeks ago. Any critiques welcome. (I did have abs Friday morning before the show, but I think my carb load backfired. I'll get it right next time)

The girl in the middle won our class and won the overall. Girl on the left got second in our class, I got third (or last, however you want to look at it!). I thought the girl on the left should have won.

Thanks girl! I do have a tiny waist, so that at least works in my favor! It was 23" the week of the comp.

That is what I am thinking dam that waist is killer you will get them next time just get that carb up right.

how many competitions have you participated in?
 
That was my first one. Second one is August 27 :) . That's why I've been bugging all the experienced competitors here with questions!

You did great for your first competition!
What were your stats for that day?
 
Wow.. you look fantastic.. I cant believe the girl in the middle won the overall.. I think you definitely could have taken first in comparison to the other girls.. Keep striving and dont give up.. :qt:

Your waist is going to be a great advantage in your future competitions whatever it is that your doing ... keep it up girl... you look marvelous.. ;)

5'7" 115 lbs (dropped 5 lbs of water the last 2 days) about 11% bf
I'd really love to get to at least 10% this next time. I know the number itself doesn't matter much, it's just a personal goal for me.
