pics before and after!

i put this on someone elses thread but the should get the answers they are looking for and i dont wanna make that thread all about me.
well i finally got some pics on my pc...the first one was a while before i ever did my first cycle the second was after my firts btg var with creatine only cycle. i know i should have worked out naturally much more before messin with gear, but im 32 so i said screw it. i gained over 25 lbs on that cycle and kept most of the amazing strength gains. i had NO sides at all from this cycle. ive done another cycle sine with test and papervar but only kept around 7 lbs.
remember dont be too hard on me im not tryin to be a pro or even huge. i just wanted a better body and i think i achieved that.
 
Nice work Tboy!! So how long was your cycle? I am getting ready to do the same thing and I have about the same starting point as you as well as same goals. Would love to hear details.
 
cycle was 8 weeks 25 mg's a day btg......that shit is good! im telin ya'll test and that stuff is great too, but comming off plus the sides i gues equal the price., so for pepole to say 25 lbs, loosing bf and having no sides, not even shut down. i cant think of any better gear!

i feel ya a few months ago i posted pics and i thought everyone was going to bash me and i got the opposite, makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside :rainbow:

yeah, also i had a lot of doubters on my gains from var only...that kinda sucked.
can ya'll notice the old teen gyno in the pic? i hate it. no matter how lean i got it was still there...i was suggested to try nolva at 40-60 mg's pr day they say it will helo? will it? also i have a ton of 1 mg a-dex from the pharm will that help for puffy nips to, or should i stick with the nolva?
oh BTW my diet was strange as fuck during the cycle. i eat a lb of raw salmon ed with sushi rice and a lb of red roastbeef (i would put it on a rool with a piece of cheese) i found i had more strength. 5 egg whites and 3 whole eggs with wheat toast for bf.
i didnt do too much research on diet except to eat lean and lots of protien so thats how i chose to do it.

I was cursed with Gyno as a teen also. No Matter how lean I get there is always something there. I think because I developed it as a teenager that no therapy will work for me.Thats why I made the decision to get it surgically removed, Goddamnit!

Many people have found that 60 mg's of nova will work for you. It could take up to 6 weeks
 
the legs are a problem..they are relitvly small. i have herniations on l2-3 l4-5 l5-6
and squating of anytype sends spazams accross my lumbar, and my left quat has been numb for 2 years now. i honestly believe it was cause of the var my back felt good enough to do almost everyother excersize! no deadlifts eaither!

in the before pic i was pretty lean, but when i started the cycle i was pretty fat...18-20% at 225 in 8 weks i went to 228 and went down to 8% bf...im my after pic i think i was around 10. at 8 i had become way to vascular across the chest so i dont mind the little extra bf! one thing about btg ox....it will make you vascular in places you never thought you could be vascular!
the papervar is very good too...i get almost the vascularity and a nice hard look, but at 40 mg's pr day rather then 25 with the btg

Is that divided up in 5 or 6 meals?

I forgot to say your gyno is not bad at all. I should know. I got severe gyno as a teen. (I got them lipod)

Hey, did you say the var help your back? I have a heriated disk and it has been fucked up for 6 months. I'm hoping the GH I'm taking helps. But, I might delay the cycle if it doesn't get better.
 
that was 6 meals. when i was workin during the day i would eat 1 lb of beef in 3 seperate sittings then at home would be the salmon...i basicly made my own sushi, it just a bitch to find a sushi place who will sell just there rice! and yes my back was almost totally better except when i did squats of anytype, and i wouldnt even attempt deadlifts! i really wish i could have i think i could have added an extra 5 lbs

I like the pictures, but the Kangol hat desperately needs to go. Don't let the muscles go to your head. People pick up on that and most of the time when they see you wearing shit like that, they laugh behind your back and say you are trying too hard:FRlol:. I bet if you weren't on the juice, the hat would be out of sight.....out of mind.

Other than that, you have a good muscular structure. By the way, the legs in the first picture are nice is that your lady friend?

thank you....i kmow i read that all the time too....its not true i think if there are some genetics there, you eat enough, get some great drugs it definatly is possible! i know others dissagre, but heres the proof!
 
Are you naturally fat or thin tboy? (ecto/endo) That may have somthing to do with the fat loss/muscle gain.
 
medium build....was skinny very young then always had a belly. in my before pic that was the thinist i think i had been since hs...needless too say i got fat again after that before pic...hence th 18-20% bf

i actally gained 3 lbs on top of it all. and i had it down to 8% probably 10 in the pic. someone asked earlire:::that pic was taken around 1 month after first var only cycle.
i havent done the math, well maybe at one point. but id say i kept it in the 20+lb range.

yeah ive been hittin that ass long before aas, but ill post some of the post aas chicks...its kinda cool that at 32 im still hittin the fine 20 yr olds .aas pushed back the clock at least 5 years in terms of pussy
also i might want to mention my results from the btg were amazing, but i put in HARD ass work too! i didnt fuck around...my life was diet, rest, gym and pleanty of research! its a total 100% comitment. thats why when i see some of you huge jacked guys i gotta give ya'll lots of respect....to do it year in and out for al thoes years..now thats commitment!
