you look awesome Gilly..

what show are you competing in?

thanks......this is my first time competing.....I'm doing the NPC Buffalo and my friends are trying to convince me to do the Met in NYC in 3 weeks.......

Look very good. Lats, traps, adn shoulders stand out well. You have the look that I hope to achieve in the next 1-2 years. How many cycles have you done?

Back double bi and hands on hips are good poses for you,hit those in your routine.Great frame and delt developement.Good luck in your upcoming contest.

thanks Huck.....

Look great! Can tell youve put in a lot of hard work. However, it seems hams and calves need a bit more attention. Keep up the good work.

Good job man. It's obvious you've worked very hard for a very long time. Keep it up. :)

Awesome results!

Hams - a nice little secret I found to get my hams to pop out was doing lying leg curls, but break them down like doing 21's with the EZ curl -- do 7 all the down to mid way through the range, then mid to top for 7 and then 7 full range. Hold to get a mutherf'in burn.

That's awesome! Another little hint about competing -- if you've busted your ass for 16-20 weeks getting prepped, take advantage of it and do a couple of shows around the same time. If you don't hit the first show perfectly, then you have another week or a few to get down to your true "fightign weight" for another one. Having those goals keeps you going after the first one is over. It also gives you a chance to see your weak points (in body, in posing, in stage presence, in tanning stuff application, everything) and improve them for a next show right away. Great learning experience!

Good luck kicking some butt!

Looking solid !...I have to agreee with the guys, have some rear double bi shots, lat speads, ect....you have some great back and shoulder developement and you should exploit on stage.

Look good - I would say do some site injections in the calves - that should give you plenty of time to catch them up - and will make a big difference in your placing.
