Pickle Roll ups, These are so good

I know everyone has had them. They are pickles with cream cheese and ham wraped around the outside. I had them at a friends house and I had almost forgot how good they were. I am bulking so I thought what the hell. I was thinking of coming up with a fat free recipe, but I have never had fat free cream cheese. Does it taste decent.

I honestly don't notice enough difference in fat free cream cheese, 1/3 reduced fat, or full fat to care. So I have always just stuck to fat free. I'll have to try the ham thing, I have only had them with corned beef.

They are really good but I have trouble spreading the cream cheese cause it doesnt want to stick to the ham.
