is there anyway to turn a straight line into a circle in Photoshop? Like a straight band tattoo, and I want to turn it into a circle and have the two ends meet, is there a way to do that without distorting the image way off?

Do you have the image as vectors? Freehand or Illustrator will do it, no worries.

use the pen tool.lay down two end points,and use the other tools under the pen dropdown window to manipulate the into bezier or whatever you want.

it will have to be distorted. there's no way it couldn't be.

that would be my suggestion
use illustrator and then do layerd PS files
