Ok, when adding text to a layer (or whatever)... I choose a MScursive type font. I bump up the size to 62 or 78 or whatever.

Now when I type, you can see the jagged little edges of the font and letters at this height. I choose the options at the top (crisp, strong, smooth, etc..) and it only make a slight difference.

any idea how to make the fonts flow smoothly around the edges?

Is your zoom at 100% ? If not it will appear jagged on screen

you know, I don't have that font....but I have MS Serif and it does this

they might be bitmap fonts, really intended as screen/system fonts, and don't include vectors or bitmaps for higher type sizes....just a thought.

I'd find another script font to use

Bingo! Brush script comes with most computers I think.

what's the resolution of the file?

Are you making an invitation or something formal? PM me your addy, I'll send you some good fonts. And if you're going to print it out, you should work at 300 dpi.
