Where is the photo gallery I keep reading about? Do you have to be a plat member to post pics/view pics?

It is a feature under the person's signature, there is a few like to pm them, their homesite etc the last is a little camera <-That is their photo gallery if they have photos. They will appear thumb size if you are not platinum.
