I want a program with tons of bells and whistles, any sugestions?

Photoshop is number one bar none.

maybe Paintshop Pro would be number two.

Photoshop is pretty expensive, but if you buy it from an educational retailer, like Unicomp you can get it for hundreds of dollars less. You need to be enrolled/employed at said university or whatever, but those kids never check.

And if you're crafty, you can get it for free from some file sharing programs.

I got photoshop 6.0 100% free off of the former Morhpeus but you can still get in from Grokster, Kazza, Winmx and so on. I know that's exactly legal but I don't care. I have thousand of dollars worth of software I never paid for.

I got it from Carracho, which is almost completely for macintosh.

I just got 6.0 from grokster, looks pretty good. I'm still trying to find 7.0 but havn't run into it yet.
