Phlojel alone for local fat loss?

Does using Phlojel by itself promote fat loss? I've read that DMSO has this property, but I wanted to know if Phlojel has a comparable effect.

I don't think that either alone would do much for fat loss.

To my knowledge neither of them have the properties of a Fat Burning solution. They are both for Transdermal addinisration. Are you sure that someone was not mixing it with something else?
