Pharmacy screw up HELP !

HRT Dr. prescribed Thyroid medicine and Hydrocortisone with T replacement.
I forgot the name of the thyroid med. (NOT SYNTHROID) !

My drug is a standardised version made from Pigs and it smells!
Well, went to refill my script and was informed by pharmacy that they made a big mistake with my original script. They gave me 1.5 Gr (90 mg) when it was written for .5 Gr. (30 mg) . So am I screwed??

Walgreens? I took it for 30 days and now they don't know what I want to do? Any ideas?????? Should I be concerned. I have a call in to my primary.
What do you guys think????

Sounds like you're taking Armour Thyroid. So, you've been taking 1.5 grains instead of .5? .5 is a really low dose, man. If you're just starting out, you usually go up .5 grain at a time until you find the sweet spot (usually between 3 and 5 grains).

I've been on Armour for about 7 months now. It is serious business, man. Talk to your doctor, get any necessary bloodwork done, and take everything you read here with a grain of salt. If you're on Armour, it's not for a bulking or cutting cycle. It's for life.

Armour thyroid is correct. Yes, its for life. Dr will get back with me
on Monday. Just trying to get some ideas before Monday from those with experience. Thanks!
