Interesting. The best explanation I had heard until now was that cell multiplication was slowed down by restricted calories this slowing aging.

However, there is evidence that restricting calories not only slow aging but reverses it in the heart.

I guess I don't want to live a long time by cutting calories though.

depends, if i'm doing it they will too...

question though is. quality of life, will i stop aging?? will my mental and physical condition improve, or continue to decline..
 
I would not want to live to be 250 yrs old .
I would not want people pointing at me yelling " why didn't you do anything about the warming and pollution "
Think I'll just die at 80-100 thank you.
