I'm using 2 item's by SciFit. 17 Methyl D extreme (10mgs) and 19 Methyl 1-test EX. I'm 6'1 and 275. I've been lifting for 7 yrs. For the last year and a half I've been lifting 5 days a week with 1/2 hr. carido. Only hitting each muscle group 1 time per week. And about 18-21 sets of 6-8 reps per day. What type of gains should I expext? side effects? How should I cycle them? Right now I'm taking 2 tabs each per day about 12hrs apart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
