Optimal for T-X to me would be 600mg twice a day for 2 or 3 weeks minimum then taper down. And i'd eat like there was no tommorow, including "bad" stuff. I know it's pledging season for you, but if you want optimal gains w/ this i'd stay away from the alcohol. Sorry i have no idea what M is... if it's a fat burner I'd use it after the cycle, at least 2 weeks after or else you'll waste most of your gains.
