start at a very low dose, especially in the chest area (I'm assuming sub-q arount the nips?). I have done intramuscular in the upper-inner pecs, and don't think it is really worth it. You get a nice pump there, but no real lasting growth. Anyway your upper-inner pecs need to be thick enough to do the shot safely, and if they are already that thick, there is no point in doing it (catch-22).
It does work very well on the fat in the love-handles, especially where they loop around to the back. The results are most noticible about a week after you stop and all the swelling/inflamation goes down (you will not really notice the fat loss while you are doing this, because of the aforementioned bruising/swelling).
