PGF2 help...

Hey guys... I've got a little minor gyno from my last dbol/eq cycle (about 5-6 weeks off it started developing)... Yesterday I got a 30mL bottle of Lutalyse. I am wondering about going behind the nipple with this and spot reducing the fat. I'm going to do it so don't try and talk me out of it. 23 gauge is the smallest needle I have unfortunately, but any tips or advice would truly help a brother out.
