I found the sides were dependent on the actual volume per injection site, not the total amount shot. If I stay at .6cc or under and just do several different shots in one sitting, it isn't that bad. For example if I wanted to nail calves I'd take a shot in both soleus, the outer gastrocs and the anterior tibialis, so that is 2.5-3cc total. If I did just two 1.5cc shots the sides are much-much worse. At under .6cc I could also go and work the muscle hard right after shooting, which gives an incredible pump. My favorite is shooting the long and short heads of the triceps or the peak of the bicep and then working them. I have always had trouble getting a "mind-muscle connection" (sorry for the Bill Philips terminology) when training arms, and using pgf2a solves this. A cool effect of using PGF2a this way is that after 2-3 weeks you are back to handling the same or more weight (first couple workouts are a little tough), and when you stop using it, that weight feels real easy. I saw a very pronounces strength jump in my calf and arm poundages in the month after I stopped shooting the PGF2a in them.
I think the overall fat-loss effects are better if you space the shots throughout the day though...I am actually doing that now.
