Personal experience with Accutane/Steroids

I am writing this short message to inform people of my experince with accutane.

I suffered from mild acne for years. I was prescribed accutane after all other treatments failed (DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH ANYTHING ELSE). I used accutane at 120mg per day for 7 months. Finally my acne cleared. Only sides were dry lips, which I easily solved by using petrolium jelly.

2-3 months after accutane treatment I wanted to start another cycle of steorids. The question I asked on this board was whether using steroids after treatment with accutane would fetch back the acne. THANFULLY, I HAVE JUST COMPLETED 4 MONTHS OF HEAVY STEROID USAGE WITHOUT A SINGLE SPOT. STEROIDS USED RANGED FROM 3 ANADROL-50 TABD, UP TO 1000MG TEST ETC ETC.

Hope this helps anyone wanting to do a steroid cycle post-accutane treatment.

i am on accuatane 40 mgs for 20 weeks

i have been on accutane for about 8 weeks 12 more to go..it is amazing...all my acne is gone and they say it wil never come back...only thing i have had is dry lips which aquiphor works well

I have been on for 2 months and some change! I am on 80mlgs but the doc is boosting me up to 120 and he wants me to stay on for another month so we will see what happens and the only side affect I have now is dry lips and alittle depression but nothing compares to it......thanks for the info because I was wondering the same thing because it would suck to go through accutane treatment hit a cycle and have all of the acne back.....dude you just answered the question I have been wondering about...thanks bro

i also did 2 "cycles" of accutane about 4 years ago ... I did 40mg 2xpr day (if I remember right) for 10 weeks then 4 weeks off to give my liver a rest then another 8 weeks. I have never had a pimple since.not one. Even while AS cycling. If you are on accutane take care of your liver, and I dont recomend doing AS while on Accutane... but its worth the wait. PS use lotion on the dryskin and carry lots of Blistex (NOT CHAPSTICK) or carmex sticks.. Good luck .Its truely a miracle drug.....E Mail me for more info... or click search formore accutane posts. one time I had 3 d-bol tabs left, and I wanted to get the most out of them, so I went outside and buried them. I watered them everyday. After one week I had a d-bol tree. I cut it up into pieces and took them every four hours. I gained 34 pounds of muscle off that cycle, it was great!
