I knew Jón Páll. Used to train at his gym, I was the only American there at that time, and he used to fuck with constantly. 'Why don't you use the big plates, are you afraid of some iron? HAHAHA" He an Magnús Ver would bend bars like crazy.

I met him also when he was competing in Finland, and the guy a good sense of humor. What a showman. He was the greatest Strong Man ever. IMO
