Today a friend came up to me in the gym, and said, "damn bro Iam all bloated and breaking out everywhere, especially on my back and I feel like a fat fuck, what should I do?"...I asked what he was taking, he ran down a few items that included Dbol...I said that he should reduce the amount of some of the items and maybe drop the Dbol or reduce the dosage and add an anti-e...he said," cant do that"..I asked why?...he replied, "I like being big"...and I thought to myself, whats the point? Its amazing what people see in themselves and how they view other people's opinion's or reactions...there was a time when all that mattered to me was how big I could get...that was in my teens and early 20's....not in my late 30's...today, strength/symmetry and being lean/muscular and holding the aging process at bay are what is important...personally, being big, fat and bloated and covered with acne does not appeal to me, and I would think that most women would not care for that either...

Body dysmorphia. I'd say the same to a girl who is starving herself to look like a supermodel. What is it really that you are trying to accomplish? How big is "big"? Is this guy getting a lot of action w/ the ladies because he's bloated & zitty? If he intends to add mass, I think there are more graceful ways to do it. If you are cycling something that causes bloat, well, gee, stay away from stuff that promotes the bloat (e.g. salt, beer, etc.). If you gotta be the zit meister, well, I guess some people just respond that way, but identify a good skin treatment regimen that will help deal w/ it. Or even research your cycles for something that won't leave you that way. And again, set your goals. What does "big" mean to you? Freaky big like Ronnie C? Well, consider he's 38 (?) and runs huffs & puffs when he walks 30 ft. Is that what you want when you are 38? Wouldn't you rather be settled w/ kids, a loving wife & a good career by that age. Or dealing w/ the fat you never lost from cycling & then finally settled down into that job, started pounding beers w/ the boys & well, you just got old.

I dunno. I gotta agree w/ PBR. Unless you plan some sort of career that requires competition, what is the point? Moderation in everything.

BTW, acne is just not kewl. Ick.
