I'm guessing you are talking about either GH secretogues or igf-1 type peptides? Yes, you can use either alone or with aas. Everything works better with aas imo, but you will still see results using GH secretogues alone. The igf-1 type drugs, I believe, work much better with aas and won't do much on their own imo.

Which peptides are you interested in, and for what benefit?

For HRT type feelings, anytime use at low to moderate doses are beneficial. For muscle building, they are okay at hgher doses, but very good while on a cycle.

Currently on Ipamorelin/Mod GRF(1-29) twice a day plus PWO.

You can use peptides with or without AAS.
I think they work better while ON cycle
used together.

They are good on or off cycle.
