pep and work out vitamins

im new here , i started taking pep( combivir) last week since a condom broke, now my question is, is it ok to take those gnc( general nutrition center) vitamins that help you burn calories while you work out and help you build muscle while taking PEP? im confused, live in a small town and need to know, thanks
