design structures in buildings mainly using cad

but we are a small company so I also control much of the IT stuff because I am the only one knowledgabe in that area. Basically without me this place shuts down.

When I was at Countrywide, they would send reports to the RVP's and branch managers to show who was on which sites, for how long, and how many times the site was refreshed or moved through. I had one guy that would always have boreme.com up and would play tetris while he was working. I never cared because he worked his ass off, but it showed him being on there an average of 5 hours a day with over 20K hits on the site because he'd have to hit keys to move the tetris shapes. The whole company discontinued internet usage except for CW approved sites, and that was only for managers.

Lemme tell ya how convenient it is to have 10 people have to use your computer a few times a day to look up business entities, or access public records, or whatever else. Fuggin awesome for productivity.

have office with a door and computer faces away from it so no one can see what i'm looking at. delete cookies/internet files every day. plus, during break time we can do what we like; no hard core porn pics; have to be careful what I open up..save the good stuff for home.
