Hey I use GBL and the GBL that I always have used is a clear color. We'll I just got a sample from someone that said he has GBL and the stuff is orange. I never heard of it being orange? Can this be GBL or is it something else?

sometimes they dye the stuff so that you don't mistake it for water or alcohol and drink too much of it.
that said, I personally have never seen it orange.

Thanks for the info HappyScrappy. I just tasted it and it tastes like 1-4 Butanediol. I knew the price was too good to be true.

yeh, pure GBL is clear, i've heard of some of chinaman's GBL arriving tainted maybe due to the container it is shipped in, i don't know. But if its pure and clean it should be clear.

Yeah I normally get fortune cookies GBL and it has always came clear. The stuff I just got tastes Like A's 1-4 Butanediol but it is orange whereas his is clear.

i've read that it can react with the container and that can cause the color. i would say that's not good!

Chinamans GBL has a brownish tint to it.... It's cause of the plastic melting within it... Ingesting the plastic i found out is pretty harmless... Also a warning to everyone that does order from him... His GBL is 99%... not 99.9+% which is suitable for consumption.. his gbl probably has soo many impurities, that your organs are hurting right now...
When ingesting GBL... always get the highest grade possible... or else you'll be looking for trouble..

it tastes like nail polish remover...... that's why u dilute it with juice or soda..

It tastes like shit. Sometimes it really burns my throat. Like Traz said, mix it with something.
