Peanut Butter Diet (anpb)

Anyone ever tried this and if so..please provide feedback below..from what I have read from the original thread by Mr. X..seems like not many have lasted on it for long enough to post a log..thnks

Well I don't have a log on it but I was on it for over a month. In that time I went from 186 lbs to 175 lbs. I am currently at 172 lbs although I have changed up my diet now. It was so easy to follow which is why I decided to do it in the first place. In my case I had 2.5 Tbsp of peanut butter 6 times a day along with 4 protein shakes with very low carbs and sugar along with a multi. I hope this helps you out some...if you have a hard time sticking to a diet this one might be for you because of how easy it is to do. Everyone thought I was crazy for doing it but I guess they are eating their words now. I originally thought I would have a lot of cravings for food but if you eat every 2 to 2.5 hours you wont be hungry, and drink lots of water. GL

I appreciate it man..yes done it one day thus far and not a problem..question I wonder if you can supplement more tbsp's of peanut butter for the protein shakes to total protein shakes in half possibly..the kind I bought..the krema is salt free or sodium free..just pure peanuts and is pretty tasty as well but yes I take plenty of vitamins and such..did you notice you were more ripped up on this diet and how did it affect your workouts..and what type of training did you indulge in..heavy low reps or medium weight and moderate reps 10-12ish..

I'm not sure about substituting more peanut butter for protein although I wouldn't think it would be the best because its going to throw the fat,carb,protein ratio off. More fat and less protein if you do it that way. Also my workouts obviously werent as good but its a diet you cant expect them to be. I was doing moderate reps at atleast 12 for 5 sets.
