When should I start HCG if I am coming off of oral winny? I read jenetics thread on pct but it only tells you when to start when using long esters I think. I also have a-dex and was wondering how and if I should incorperate it into my pct?

Nolva, HCG, and a-dex

If winny is all you took start PCT the day after stopping the winny. Just use the nolvadex for 3 weeks.

There's no need for HCG after a winny only cycle and a-dex has no place in PCT.

Don't take adex for pct. The point of pct is to try and get your hormone levels back to normal. So you should use nolva instead to make sure you don't end up with boobies.

Dont know exactly. Mayb we can get him to chime in. Thats why I was asking, was hoping mayb some read it also
