After 6 months of trt (100mg of test cyp per week) and a 12 week cycle of geneza primo depot (300mg week)

Followed my 5 weeks of 100mg clomid and nolvadex (40mg)

It's been a month since pct was over. When should I get a baseline blood test for my natural test, estridal and lipids?? I'll be 14 weeks post cycle on 5/25/15
