hey guys, I am thinking of doing my first cycle. 400mgs a week of test e for a total of 10 weeks. I am doing my research on pcts but would just like some advice on the subject before actually starting to cycle. Looks to me to add in HCG 2 weeks prior to the last injection 500-100ius over 2 weeks. Then once that is done add in clomid and arimidex for my pct lasting 3 weeks. does this sound alright? Or am i missing something?

you are correct on your hcg dosing... run hcgenerate weeks 3-10 leading up to an hcg blast weeks 11-12... here is an article on the perfect pct and I am also providing you with a layout and the links on where to get everything...

sorry but what does the "50/50/25/25 40/20/20/20" mean?

bump it up to 500mg and go 12 weeks if you have enough gear to do so. When that 10th week rolls around your gonna be wising you had just 2 more weeks.

i may do 12 weeks. as for 500mg a week, i am not sure if neccessary. the test I am getting is pharmacutical grade. I have spoken to many people about it and say it is 2x as strong as UGL stuff.

thank you! do you think i need all of that for the pct though? i heard from some people that less is needed with only a test cycle.

Adex doesn't belong in any PCT but aromasin can be. And on your Test E remember that with the E ester you don't get as much of the actually Test versus say a prop ester, so 400mg of Test E pinned a week is something like 320mg of actual testosterone I forget the exact percentages. Up it to

1-12 250mg Test E 2x a week . The rest Dylan laid out for you, HCG is an awesome PCT kickstart I love it

There is a million different things you can add to PCT to try to make more effective. HCG + SERM + AI should be the base.. then add in your supplements and research chems from there.
