PCT - trouble 10 weeks after show

Hey guys, whats up. I just recently did a show (my profile pic is from that show), preparing for which i ran an 18 week bulkup/cut down cycle of 12 weeks of 750mg/test, 300mg/durabolin (not deca)/and 700mg/winny tabs a week with 1mg arimidex ED. keeping the arimidex the same, at 6 weeks out i switched to 100mg T. Prop, 75mg tren, 100mg Mast. and 375mcg of clen a day. after taking a week after show, i started my PCT with 1mg Arimidex, 150mg clo, 100mg nolva, and HCG first week and came down on all of them over the course of the next few weeks. I'm now 11 weeks past my show and still having problems with flareups (i think)....im back up to about 245-250ish and im wondering if the barely noticeable lumps i had are just feeling different with the off season weight or if im going to have some problems and need surgery.....just to be safe im running some letro and nolva but even so i still have that fear of getting gyno. I dont have pain in my nipples but every once in a while i get some sensitivity in the left one and it gets a little swollen, while the right one feels fine. I also tore the pec on the left side in the fall of 04' but i dont think that has anything to do with my current predicament.....im also 21 years old if that makes any difference.

any body that can offer some advice that would be much appreciated.

I would try some AIFM from anafit. Worked/works for me
