Hey guys, I have been away for awile but now I´m back!
What do u sugest for post cycle? I´m gonna run sust, and deca.
Can I go for clomid only? Allso can I get this legal online anywhere?

Damn!! You have a lot of research to do..... Both nolva and clomid are tabs or liquid that you take orally. Spend some time reading, go to the PCT forum on this board, there is a lot of (good) information that you need to learn.

For future refrence NEVER EVER start a cycle without proper PCT...in Fact..have your PCT before you get your gear...poor planning is what destroys cycles and gains.
