PCT - Questions about HCG preparation

I got some Loeffler HCG in Mex - but I'm not sure how to mix. It came in two vials. One has powder, the other a liquid (I'm guessing alcohol). Do I use a syringe to mix them together - taking the Alcohol and putting it in the powder vial? Whats up??

What you've got is one vial of HCG powder and one vial of sterile water. What I do is draw out the amount of water I need for dilution (from the water vial) and inject it into the powder vial. Remember to put a needle in the powder vial to vent it; dont put it in too deep or it will end up below the liquid level and squit on you.

How much water you use depends on what final concentration you want to end up with.

Also, if I'm not mistaken, if you mix with the sterile water that comes with HCG, you need to use the HCG immediately. It will not keep over time. Although, if you buy bacteriostatic water and mix with it, it will keep in the refrigerator for about 30 days.

All you do bro is draw out enough air to create a vacuum inside the bottle. Then load up the 10 cc's of sterile water and shoot it in the powder. It will dissolve instantly. Do your shot and then put the rest in the fridge. If you don't create a vacuum first by pulling air out of the bottle(the one with the powder in it), then as the bro stated above it will squirt out all over.

Anyone ever seen this brand of HCG? The reason why I ask is because I am not familiar with any manufacturer that provides sterile water to mix the HCG powder.

Venice....does the vial read "solvent" anywhere? Is so, just discard (unless you plan on taking the entire contents) and mix with bacteriostatic water. Otherwise it will be rendered useless after 24-48 hours (this is due to the extremely short half life of the substance after being combined with the solvent).

The "solvent" vial with Pregnyl contains water, 0.56% sodium chloride, and 0.9% Benzyl alcohol.

I'm not sure if the Loeffler is the same or not.

Never used or even seen Loeffler myself either. If the amp does contain sodium chloride and benzyl alcohol, it must be discarded. The powder should be mixed with bacteriostatic water.

Hmm i wasnt aware of this. I didnt know it mattered...
I thought either would keep about 3 weeks.

I had a vial of IBSA Choriomon (5000ui) and an amp of IBSA "Physiological" solution (2ml). I assumed this was just the bacteriostatic water but im not sure. I mixed in 1ml for a concentration of 500ui.

Anyway, Ive been using it and its approaching about 2.5 weeks now in the fridge. Anyone know if this stuff was useless 36-48 hours after mixing? I didnt know there was a difference between bacteriostatic water and the "solution" some brands come with.

I beleive it will keep, it just loses its potency.

Yup....it will keep and won't make you sick or cause infection (provided it was refrigerated)....so no harm done if injected. It is just not potent any longer. Kind of like a vascetomy....you're shooting blanks (I know .... poor analogy but it's been a long day already)!

my unconstituted HCG has been in the fridge (unmixed powder) for about 30 days. And it will be there for another 30.

I find it hard to believe that from piss to powder, you only have 48 hours to use it after that.

THROW AWAY the solvent. It is of no use to you. If you use it to mix the HCG, it will only last for a day or two max in the fridge. Any longer, the potency will diminish.

Go to www.getpinz.com. Order 30ml bacteriostatic water and sterile vials. Draw 1cc of BSH2O into a syringe. Open one 5000IU amp. Inject the BSH2O into the powder in the amp. You now have 1cc of HCG containing 5000IU's. Draw the liquid out of the amp and place in the sterile vial. Now draw 4 MORE cc's of BSH2O into your syringe. Add this to the sterile vial. This will give you 5cc's of HCG at 1000IU's per cc. To inject 500IU....use 1/2 cc. To inject 1000IU....use 1cc.

You must refrigerate the HCG. Mixed with BSH2O, it will last up to 30 days in the frig.

Ya im confused. As i said above:

I guess the only effective shot was like the first one eh? heh i feel like a god damn noob again. I never knew anything about this. But i never used HCG before either.
I was doing 500ui EOD in a PCT style HCG protocol.

I dont know wtf mines was, thats why i listed brand and so on. Hoping someone knows. It looked like bac to me. It said IBSA "Physiological" solution though. But it was just like water....
