Pct help!!

Watsup guys...im am currently on week 8 of a 12 week cycle. It consisted of prop 1-12, tren 1-8, and anvar 8-12. I was never too good with combining a good pct so maybe you guys can help me. I have clomid, nolvadex, arimidex, and hcg. What should i run, what dosage, when and how long. all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

also forgot to add that I am very prone to gyno and my right nipple is very puffy....

you might want to post what doseages you are running these compounds at and possibly your stats while waiting for mods and vets to chime-in here...
