I am doing a 10 week cycle of sustanon, 250 ml a week (my first cycle). What kind of PCT should I use? When do I start? I heard 3 weeks after my last shot. How much PCT should I take? (nolva, clomid,...)

Nolvadex 20Mg every day for 3-4 weeks. Get blood test done to confirm you have recovered.
