I plan on doing a 5 week cycle of Monsterdrol/TRenxxl. For my PCT I was going to do nolva 40mg first week, 30mg the next week, and 20mg the last two weeks. I also planned on using Sustain Alpha.

When do I start this exacly? the day after my last pill?

i would run the nolva 20mg ed for 3 wks and the trs ed for 4 wks starting both the day after your last dose. i think even with the lower dose of nolva this pct is still overkill if anything.
