PCT help?

Need some PCT advise. First cycle. 200lbs 15%bf

Test e - 250mg/week (may bump it up to 500mg/wk) for 1-10 weeks
winny - 50 mg/ed for 6-10 weeks

adex - .5mg/eod 1-10 weeks
nolva - (not for sure how to run this) 50 mg/ed for 12-14 weeks ??
Clomid - (not sure how much to run this either)

shouldn't need the nolv.

I have nolva on hand just in case of gyno symptoms. I think I will be gyno prone, since I had natural gyno from puberty.

i would run the nolva 100mg ed for 3 weeks if u have enough... but thats just me. nolva newhere from 40-60mgs i would run that for 6 weeks....get ut levels tested and go from there

PCT: nolva, clomid and HCG if your very gyno prone then better use letro also

I highly recommend that you get it; It will help you in recovery and keeping gains post cycle
