this is what my 10 week cycle looks like?
week 1-10 500mg sust.
week 1-5 tren eod 75mg
week 5-10 winny 50mg ed
Proviron 50 mg ed for 10 weeks

i need help on my PCT what drug and what dose?

Dostinex is always a good idea with tren but you may be ok since you're only running 5 weeks and you're continuing test 5 weeks beyond that.

Some people believe that winny can counter progestagenic side effects so you might consider running the winny and tren together.

With the sust you'll need to wait 3 weeks after the last injection to start PCT. With a 10 week cycle it's a good idea to run HCG (1,000IU EOD) during those 3 weeks. This will keep your tesosterone levels high while the long esters from sust are working their way out of your body and it will ensure that your testes are at full function after their vacation.

After the 3 weeks of HCG you can run 50mg/day of clomid with 20mg/day of nolvadex for 3 weeks OR 40mg/day of Nolvadex for 3 weeks depending on your personal preference.

If you decide to extend tren usage through the whole cycle, add 0.5mg of Dostinex E3D and continue this right through your PCT.
