what's the basic PCT for a 12 week var cycle @ 40 ED?

Planning on Tribex, ZMA, Sesa / Gluco all the way through the 12 weeks plus another 4 weeks after.

when i was planning on doing a var only cycle i was planning on running hcg 500 iu's per week and 1000 iu's per day for 10 days after, along with your basic 40 mg ed nolv for 1 week and 20 mg ed for 2 weeks after that. from all the reading i've done, you will get shut down from var @ 8 weeks definately a 12 weeker. but now I'm running test with it so I'm definately running hcg. what brand of var?? thats an expensive 12 weeker.
